After a full schedule of meetings for 4 days we are save and exhausted back home. It was a intensive time and we wish to thank all parties who made the event a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, if it wouldn’t have been for the good company of the people we have meet the event would not be that good. Why?
- Those would had a table experienced very bad Internet Connections. For those who relied on the connection for a presentation were more then frustrated.
- Somehow vegetarians do not exist for some people in the world. We felt like back in the 80’s were vegetarians were as spare as rain in the desert. Dear Cepic organization, please consider that we live here and now and more and more people don’t eat meat. Giving us a full lunch or expensive gala dinner is nice, but if the vegetarian dish consist of only lettuce and some salad, compared to 5 different meat and fish variations, we feel a little bit “cheated”.
- Maybe the Cepic organization should consider to let the table owners but up some banners.
Anyhow, we are happy to know that the next Cepic will take place in Florence, Italy. See you there.
